Something needed to be done to deal with the problem, think it's too broad an issue.

I'd have preferred oop being more painful, especially where weight/speed disparities are greater (ie cb at de) - simply make the cb woeful at that position (which under this game engine would mean treating speed as zero. Do something similar where player being converted - treat as if learning the position - so nerf them until they get into the ballpark values for the positon,

Question for the League Administrator:

Now that we are locked out of the old UI and only able to use the new UI, can you confirm the schedule for the "grace period" discussed in this thread that allows a team owner to freely switch a players position beyond the limits of the established Position Change Matrix? Will the "grace period" begin with the start of the new League year, running through the draft and the Training Camp sim, and then end with the sim before the first preseason game?

To continue this topic of discussion, would it be possible to begin the "grace period" discussed in this thread that allows a team owner to freely switch a players position beyond the limits of the established Position Change Matrix immediately after the four sessions of Free Agency (just before the Rookie Draft) and then end the "grace period" immediately after the Rookie Draft with the sim just before the first preseason game?

Starting the "grace period" in that time frame would give team owners an opportunity to assess their rosters for possible position changes following completion of Free Agency which would in turn help them in their decisions for their Rookie Draft picks. Please weigh in as time allows.

It's currently FA week 2. If I can find the setting to do so... it's a case of finding out where all the admin options are...
