Just to put a bow on this thread.....Schultzie finally PMed me and apologized. He admitted to making an assumption and I fully accepted his apology.
I appreciate him being a man about it and to prove I have no hard feelings, I invited him to join a team in one of my leagues.
What I may never be able to forgive him for is making me aware of the mess Washington has become which led me to retake ownership of a steaming pile of.....
