End of the Era......

From the desk of Bucs - Owner and GM HKPMAN......

Bucs were on the top by 15-6 with one QTR to go and than suddenly we looked older and tired team allowing Bills to not only come back but win the game..... it was the final min of the game that made me realize that its an End of the ERA for my beloved Bucs........

Corner stone of our team and Mr Bucs himself - Alan Obryan, DL had decided that it will be his last season and its time to move away from the game as the player..... that prompted me to have honest conversation with another longtime Bucs WR Roberto Louie who wanted to play for his home state team in California once before he retire, along with J. Gammers wish to test the Free Agency..... it was sign that its end of the ERA of Big Sambraro

We thank Alan Obryan - Mr Bucs , R. Louie - Mr I can do all, J. Gammer - TD machine, B. Rooney - Mr Finesse along with many other special and fan favorite players......

I know they are with Bucs but already have told us that it will be their last year hence wanted to thank E. Drew - Mr Rumbling and Bumbling, L.Rodriguez - The Coach (he is our QB but on field coach to the team) & M.Sirmans - Mr Thunder

Thanks for special memories and you will always be Bucs.........

When there is End of ERA there is also time for the New Horizon...... its new generation Bucs lead by

J. Woods, QB
N. Pedersen, RB
P.Hickman, DL
M.Edwards , LB
J.Whealan, CB
R. Bourdin, FS
S.Joyner, DE

Here comes new Buccaneers ......with huge Canon Blast.......

Too bad you don’t have enough picks to replace those guys.

It is insane as i don't have many picks in 2013.... its time to get to work.... :)

4-5 picks from 2012 will be distributed to the needed teams......to help them rebuild and also for us to retain the good owners in the league.

What's insane is his roster....16 players with at least 90 potential and 33 players with at least 81 potential.

In contrast...I have 4 players on my roster with 80 potential or higher and 2 of them are the punter and kicker.

He should be stacking not only titles but undefeated seasons on top of that.

Over the next 5 seasons, if I get 2 to 3 players with at least 90 potential then I will be doing great. I wont ever be able to build a roster to compete against that roster.

Issue is i am GM ... not coach.... so i can only be satisfied by building a stellar rosters...... its all the hard work of drafting right players....

Most of my roster was build by drafting good player in later rounds and than trading them for higher picks....

So its all good drafting and being open to take chance and trade some of my good player to build that team.. .plus also craft of managing the salary cap ..... i know it will catch up but crossing fingers that i can sustain it for bit longer ... as i am still only rookie coach... as i dont know it at all... very pathetic at it.... so its all hard work of my roster to win this games ...

It is what it is.....you have spent 10 seasons trading like crazy to build the roster to what it is. I'm not taking anything away from you, great job.

I'm just saying from where I stand, its impossible for me to match your roster in a season, 5 seasons or even 10 seasons because I have zero talent to trade and a limited number of picks to build with.

As it stands I have 25 picks over the next 3 seasons and if by some miracle I hit on all of them and they all become +80 potential which includes all my 6th and 7th rounders, I would be be short 8 +80 potential players compared to you. Of course, that doesnt factor in the 53 picks you have over those same years in which you will undoubtedly hit on several to increase those numbers.

Not to mention all the talent you can afford to trade away to increase that draft pick total. The real difference though is that you have 6 1st and 12 2nds over the next 3 seasons with the ability to move up and grab whatever player you want while I'm limited to just my 3 1st and 4 2nds with no way to move up and in fact I need to trade down to amass more picks which means I dont get the best talent available.

It's my fault for dropping my team and letting some idiot ruin this francise. This team wont be competitive for a decade while your team will continue to get better every year. It's really amazing that you lose with that roster at all.

CJ but fact is you are champion in this league and bucs are not.... you are one of the great owner and one who we look up to to learn the game.

You have been dealt the hard hand with this team due to someone messing it up ...but also i will tell you this with confidence... Redskins will be in playoff in 3-4 years... and trust me that is and will be great achievement ....

I totally agree with your analysis but also confident that CJ will build the winner in Washington over period.

If I stay that long.....I quit the league because I won a title and then tried to defend the title. When I left the team was in great shape to add some free agents and continue to win with the right owner.

All that was ruined in less then 2 weeks by some idiot who signed everyone on the team to a ridiculous contract for God knows what reason.

I came back because another idiot jumped to the conclusion that I had abandoned my team after winning it all and did so by destroying the future cap of the team. If it wasnt for a friend telling me what this owner who is no longer in the league said, I would be free and gone, dedicating my time to the 4 leagues I run as admin plus another 10 teams I own.

I came back to salvage what I could and help the league and Gustoon get this francise out of this mess. It will be a challenge and I've already won a game quite convincingly with this cast of clowns. This whole season will be an experiment for me to see how much gameplanning dictates success compared to roster construction
