Thanks Ritzi, I can understand why someone would think that, but I wouldnt count on a series of late draft picks weakening either team. The draft is only one out of three things that you can use to improve your roster. In addition, I would estimate that the strength of a teams roster accounts for about 60% of the game, the rest is in the gameplanning, play selection, rules, and misc settings. Its also in the knowledge of what to look for to find players in the 50-70 default rating range that perform at a level higher than their rating. Its great to have a top ten pick, (unless they bust!) but not crucial to building a winning roster/team. I guess I can say that cuz I dont ever get a pick that high unless I trade for it, and that is rare. cheers!
