If I beat a player by more than 20 points, I do not/will not tell that player GG. It wasn't a GG. I might tell them "Tough Game", because it was a tough game for that player or I will not say anything.

I expect the same consideration when a player beats me by more than 20 points.

It was not a GG, PertemptoDisce. It was a blow out. A great game for your team & a terrible game for my team.

This is still the wrong thread :) But, yes that was an awesome game. Our run defense got exposed. If we hadn't had Dildy we would have had no chance.

To seth's comments in the previous version thread, yes, I do run lots of automated testing to verify that the stats come out reasonable. Depending on the goals of the changes, though, some stats (like YPA) may not be resolving to a satisfactory value just because I am not able to really understand why from such a macro view. That's where your film study is so helpful. Further, the best laid plans never survive the first interaction with actual humans running the engine... the stats with my unit testing never line up with what happens with humans running the teams. That's why I'm relying on you guys - my 'boots on the ground' - to help identify on a micro level things that are not working.

Oh, one more comment about this update - please someone continue to try to get the punt block exploit to work. I want to make sure the increasing of sacks is not also going to reinstate that exploit.

We've had a few new owners come in and after looking at their finances decided to do cap-resets for them and in the interest of parity decided to do a complete league reset as there were also some teams that inherited some bad situations.

This will not be a regular thing so please be mindful about your cap room as its part and parcel of the game.

Have a great new season, and PLEASE some one beat TB ;)

We actually started the thread with the same slogan..... we have traded our young... SB winning QB and about to move our best Defensive back too... so this can be finally the year ....
