I don't understand how I went to the SB with a offense that doesn't gain yards and a defense that allows many yards, and a team that gets penalties even in the locker room, this all season long, but it looks like I'm going, usually the luck disappear in SB but who knows, maybe this year will be different... Or no.

Does anyone know if there is some changes in the game even if it's still the same engine by the way ? Like between this season and previous one ?

Omaha - you have a great team. Don't let my grumpiness get to you. I'm just jealous!

From my perspective, you have a really good game plan and you can win many different ways, so your team seems to always pull it out. For example, in this last game, you had a DB run down my fastest WR at the 2 yard line as time expired in the first half. Against every other team, that's a TD. Then, you got three sacks from your DE, one of which was a fumble returned for a TD. I can't think of a time when I gave up three sacks in a game, much less to one player. And, I checked the plays and you ran different defenses each time. Just really good game planning and having the right player in the right spot.

Good luck in the SB. Win one for the NFC!

Thanks, glad my defense has stepped up in the playoffs, I was worried about that side of the ball. This will be the Raiders 6th appearance in the Super Bowl against 6 different teams, including the entire NFC South. First we lost to Atlanta, beat Carolina, lost to Dallas, beat Tampa Bay and lost to New Orleans.

Good luck G Men.

Good Luck to both Raiders and Giants ....... wish you both all the best

i am hard pressed to decide who to root for as one side its RaiderGreg who made first trade with me in the league ( only if he knew what it would lead too.... trade machine :) and other side its Omaha my annual trade partner and guy who feel he play in my division as i have played him 9 times in 10 season...

Good luck both of you are very deserving.....

just kidding...

Well enjoy the victory today as tomorrow we all are 0-0 and you better think of trade with Bucs...... as its Bucs season..... i mean off season...

I was not expecting this, my team never player that good during the season.

It didn't start well, Schumacher was injured at the beginning of the season, since he is back the defense was a bit better, in playoff I was surprised to see my front 7 playing that good, and Schumacher bringing all these pressures to the QBs when not sacks, that also helped a lot the secondary to make plays, and interceptions, finally I was a lot of disappointed by the team during the season, but on defense it was a just a small detail that had big incidence.

On offense, I was never able to move the ball correctly, I even benched my QB at mid season, it was a bit better then but not much, I'm also surprised by the game they made on offense today.

Even on special team, I had some good returns I didn't have during the season, I had not much hope during the season, my team was better last year and failed at the SB, at the beginning of the season when I saw how poorly my team was playing compared to previous year, I thought that I missed my opportunity to win a SB, finally my team metamorphosed during the playoff...

His name is not in the mvp list, but RE Schumacher deserves to be in the list.

Congrats to the Raiders for all the appearance at the SB and the longevity of the team that is still on top of the league years after years

Even if the years are wrong, you may also have noticed that this Super Bowl, was the XLVI (supposed to be 2011 season and not 2017) and well, you know who won it for real...
