Honestly I think the Bengals missed their window of opportunity. Marvin reminds me of Tony Dungy with Tampa, can't get his team over the hump and they need a Gruden type guy(could have been Hue) to put some boots in asses and take them farther.
I'm also surprised the Bengals were so good recently, seemed as if Mike Brown was finally trusting others, but until he hires an actual GM they will ****. It's hard to do both GM and HC well and there is a reason most teams hire 2 people. Just ask Dallas about owners messing with football operations too much.
Owners should own, coaches should coach and personnel people need to acquire players.
