End of season review by Bucs owner & GM - Big H
"First of all wanted to thanks our fans for being loyal and best fans in the world. We will keep working to make this one of the best team in the league......."
Bucs made some coaching changes to protect their OC and promoted him to be the head coach late in the offseason, which robbed him chance to put the best staff together but Bucs season started out with lots of promise but overall it was disappointing year as Bucs regressed to 7-9 and along the course fired their newly hired OC in the midseason.
Bucs was carried by their Defense which did created havoc to terrorize other team QB to keep Bucs in the game but our error free but anemic offense coupled with equally bad special team was not able to capitalize on chances Defense provided to them....
Bucs will evaluate each and every player plus coaches in the offseason as they get ready for 2003 as they build to make Bucs prominent team in the league.
Bucs owner & GM is extremely excited about this offseason as they have 7 picks in first 2 rounds. They are hoping to find 1-2 starter and other role player who can push Bucs to playoff.
At the end Big H said "Congratulation to all playoff bound teams and Thanks to Bucs fan ...... we promise to make attempt to improve our team to make you proud of your Bucs"
