Bucs just concluded very disappointing season as they were exited out of Conference championship game 2nd year in raw....
Bucs Owner & GM - Hman (Big H as he is being famously known) sat along with head coach John Silva to review every angle of the team... coaching.... team make up.... players... free agents... our longterm star and their wish list... and biggest of all our fans

Owner & GM has discussed and agreed on the coaching plan for next year..... we will unveil that very soon.
Offense Review .......
Bucs is known for boring ..... error free... take what defense give Offense.... this year was no different... 2 years ago we traded our star QB looking at the future of the team as we could never afford to resign him.....we thought we will have major struggle but our coaches did marvelous job getting our QB to deliver and keep the ship afloat...... we did all things correct just lost our signature in your face style.... so we will be working to rebuild that .... it will cost us some good players as we need to trade them to get picks or players to rebuild our in your face run offense.
Defense.....We always deployed bend but dont break and keep other team off the end zone signature defense..... but some reason last 2 years we have regressed a lot ....it stopped most of the time but gave up that big plays in 4th quarters to make it close win or loss..... so this is one area where we will be tearing apart and rebuilding..... this will be the focus in offseason
Sp Team - Has been anything but special... so its time ti focus on them....as we need them to help out when needed and not just be good at doing their job
++++++++ We will expect a lot from our coaches... our players and most of all from our owner & GM......... so blast those canons as we are ready for offseaon.....
