You have no idea how many I reject. I regularly get noobs without any teams asking. I’m leave them for a while to see what they do, if nothing I boot them

I'd say at least 80% of people asking for teams don't ever log back in, of course after I reject them I don't go finding out weeks later.
Genuine peeps like yourself will either wait while regularly logging in or drop a pm after a while :)
