Does anyone know how to change the player in the game.... I mean if I want my RB to be changed for the goal line play... how do I control

I mean if I want my RB #1 to run between 20 to 20 but want my FB to become RB at goalline how do I change the personal so he become my RB for that plays

Go to depth chart and over rides.

I found the overrides...but not able to change... what am I doing wrong...

Take the player from the top of the depth chart, where all 53 are and drag them to where you want them in the override.
