Trade score/value has to be hidden/deleted, scores are completely ridiculous and many fair trades are not happening because peoples are watching this and the game says it's unbalanced, and unfair trades are happening because the game considers that it's balanced due to that stupid trade score.

Problem is, there needs to be some rudimentary assessment, to avoid people being absolutely fleeced. player weightings for me are flawed; does the trade score go off your individual weights, for example, or use the default game ones?

Default are often way off for the game engine. If it runs off weights you've edited, then a trade can look differently depending on which side you look at it from.

I'll start putting together a relative value trade guide.

The TL/DR here is that a DT is at most worth a late 1st round pick in the current code unless he can flex to RDE.

An 8th year veteran has at most 3 to 4 years. A high first round pick has a salary value of at least 8 years and 12 for a DE.

It's more about having a relative trade guide so that newer players and casual players don't get frustrated with the trade balancer.

As a counter to this trade, I've been trying to trade Rosado and Hettlinger for late round picks (multiple 4 and 5) because they have 2 years left. I started looking at players that have done poorly in the past few years first because those teams could use the rental, and they have very few picks to use in the next two years. And I don't want them to empty their remaining picks on a rental.

The experienced players have been turning down this trade offer which i can understand because they don't need the rental, want to keep the picks, or don't like the players. So I have two rental starters that I'll roll into third down DEs.

Yup, can confirm Seth offered me players.

I thought the offer was reasonable, but rejected due to the fact my team isn't at the stage where rentals will tip the balance, still have a lot of holes.
