Goals I set and my view on progress.

Playoffs - B+

To even get to the playoffs after 0-6 was fantastic, but remained in position of losing WC game. If had beaten Giants, prob A-.

Improve passing game - B-

Early tinkering cost dearly, but passing has definitely come on for with with room for progress.

Strong running game - C+

Solid with a lot of 3-4 backs. A lot of changes throughout the season, it's a decent enough unit.

Improve player rotation - A-

Got the players in when I wanted them, in generally the right positions with decent use of overrides.

Improve secondary - C-

Some steps forward, some steps back. Will remain a work in progress.

Improve game analysis - B+

Single most important step that turned my season around, with the need to focus on a few key areas.
