If Weaver has a season like he did the last for SF (22 sacks - tied for 2nd most in league), its a real good deal for the Vikes. Sacks = wins. Brings up a question ... why wasnt he starting for the 49ers? Oh, yeah. Zappa has been playing this game as long as anyone, and has lost as much or more than anyone, including JWC and Always Tanking, lol. Won 5 games after picking up the 49ers and 3 games last season. Trading a league leading sacker away with only 4 years on him does not help the win column for Zappa/49ers. But, if the 9ers get half or more sacks out of Guilory, its not that bad, and at least Guilory isnt an older vet. stay tuned.
