Bucs will send 4th round or equal value player to you team as the welcome gift.

Commish... to be fair ...once Seattle has chance to drop initial player.. you should ZERO the cap hit to allow them fair chance to compete as AI would have messed up the contracts... just my view for any one take the team over.
