So what exactly is the plan?

Do only ARZ and DAL participate in the first round of FA, or does These Teams Name a Player they want? Because right now i dont know which players i could offer a contract without interfering with ARZ and DAL.

I would make an offer and then when Dallas and Zona post their needs withdraw If any clash.
Be interesting if both teams want the same player

Let them compete but we all will step back on 2 players they named between them... so it give them advantage to rebuild their team
