Does any one knows how this rating works... i pick the guy who is suppose to have 89 kick holding and put him in the role to see its showing 55 going to max 75 so bit lost... does anyone has insight on how its work on the rating for Kick holding

I think this is how it works. His personal stat of 89 is actually how good he can be. The other stat is where he is right now. (??)

It's your player weights. Default kick holding ratings factor in speed, intelligence, among other things. If you just want kick holding to be the factor, edit your player weights so the only thing factored in is their kick holding rating.
