Since i asked for explanation i will provide one here too.... I traded Lamar as Bucs are changing the philosophy on how we use RB in our offense... plus Lamar was veteran who helped us but has 2 years remain.... E.Ford is serviceable CB who is good at #3 or #4.

I thought if they go to the team who is aspiring for the Division or Playoff it will help both.

I went with lower value as it will help me open the spot for the next person on the team and relieve some cap for future as i need to be always aware of it all the time.
