Quite frankly, too much to doing life than monitor each and every trade being made; will take a glance though.

Everyone has their own personal ethics. Some like to win baby, others want the treat others the way they'd like to be treated. That's fine.

I'd remind people that if someone makes a trade that seems way unbalanced in your favour, reach out to them - it may be due to a lack of knowledge. Help and educate. Makes life better for everybody. Trades made to you don't have to be automatically accepted.

I'm trying to be light touch as an admin as possible. Like I said, got lots of other stuff going on.

Where I see unbalanced trades. I'll ask for rationales as to why both parties think the trade was fair. If a party then objects - maybe realising how unbalanced it was - then both parties will be asked to either arrange a compensatory trade. If no deal can be arranged, then the trade gets voided.

It's the only fair way to do this.
