Grading this one a slight in favor for the Pats, decent DBs are tough to come by in this league, and based on our last draft, they were few and far between. Frosting on the cake for NE is that Payne has under 30% catch allowed so far this season, SS is usually lower than the corners on CAP's but still, nice pickup! On the other hand, you might get lucky with that 3rd round pick next draft Ritzi. Plus, Payne is an 8yr guy, so that evens this deal out overall.
