I am decent GM but poor coach by design …….i don’t put much into game plan or rules I compete by build teams…..

I meant I'm in year 5 of trying to get my passing game working...

I know you still struggling but you made the playoff about 4 out of the 5 seasons you play. I'm still trying to clinch one in my fifth season. I'm always seem to collapse during the last month of every season I play.
