No, what he means is another team cut a player, going though waivers. He put in for them but didn't get them despite having a worse record. As stated, allocation is random. Liked by hkpman7180

Realised made a massive error in a couple of rules which explains a fair number of the chunk plays you had. Scrambling around this first half seasons, injuries yet again crippling me somewhat, not able to do what I really want.
