I kind of new this was coming as I've head two great camps in the last week, with 12/14 players booming, 1 staying static and 1 losing a couple points. I was due for some red.

Bucs GM's job was under pressure but this draft showed why he is genius when it comes to off season...


1st round 8th pick - Ralph Bye, MLB – New Mexico He improved +15/+2 overall 68/93 Thus Bucs found their future leader of Bucs new gen defense.

1st round 10th pick – James Demers, QB – USC He improved +8/+1 overall 57/91… He was too risky pick at 100 vol but turned out to be great pick for Bucs.

1st round 19th pick – James Moore, QB – Miami -> He improved +13/+0 overall 61/91….He did not only boomed to be best QB in draft but also best player in draft. I still don’t know how he fall to 19th but no complain….we have Payton and Brady in same draft… both are Bucs…

2nd round 12th pick – D.Laufleur, LG – Boston College -> He improved + 10/+1 overall 54/84…. He is going to provide good depth on Left side of line but his immediate value will be as the St. Rusher

3rd round 27th pick – James Ratcliff, FB – Baylor -> He improved + 12/+5 overall 47/79…. He is going to be bull dozer opening lanes for Bucs running game

5th round 18th pick – John Mcdonald, DL/LB – FAU -> He was ok in camp +9/-4 overall 43/64…. He is undersized prospect from small school he did improved but overall regressed on potential…. He will need great preseason to make team…

6th round 12th pick – T. Lloyd, DL – Notre Dame -> He improved +4/+0… he is decent DL prospect with good pro level experience…he will start his career as backup to climb the ladder…..good player

6th round 16th pick – J.Graham, QB - AZ State -> He had decent camp with +7/-1… he settled a bit but overall had good camp…will start life as backup with potential to grow

7th round 15th pick – L.Schoolcraft, WR- Michigan -> He came to camp as koolest named rookie, he let that get to his head and lost focus…..overall he did improve +7 /- 7 so he is borderline bust… he will need good camp and lots of luck to make it to final roster.

They were picked off the waiver but since they are rookies listing them here

Harry Brown, RB – Tennessee -> He did improved in camp +8/+4… he is bit slow on initial burst to be starting RB but he is decent short yard back…. He will stick to team based on his sp team contribution.
S. Kiser, RB – Middle TN St -> He had great camp and he improved by +10/+11, but he is bit slow on initial burst but he can be good short yard RB,FB or TE with good special team value.

The first 3 picks busted, the lone boomer is a pure pass blocker, so a draft to forget will net 3 to 4 backups

Awful camp for the Falcons, 6 busts and one small boom.

1st Round TE went -6
2nd Round DT went -4
3rd Round OL went -1
4th Round LB went +2
5th Round OL went -5
6th round DB went -4
7th Round WR went -13

Coupled with a mediocre free agent period it's not been a good off season at all and repeating last season's playoff appearance could be a struggle..

Good practice Ravens... we were able to put both of our rookies on the field for the game and it was fun to watch them trying to outdo each other....

Not done a full analysis of training camp but did notice my 2nd round o line pick is about as good as I would be now :((
