Very balance league... as we have lots of meaningful week 16th games...... playoff spot... division title .... 1st round byes.... home-field advantage all on line.....

Good Luck to all who made the playoffs........ fine tune your depth chart.... bring out your playbook as stake are raised..... It's time to excel .....
Teams which did not made the play off.... well its perfect to look at draft board..... trades and gear up your team for better 2017.
Bucs has bye weeks ... so while our coaches are busy with practice .. our front office will be evaluating the rosters and next year moves..... feel free to drop message for any trade ideas ....

I always bench my starters for week 16 but decided against it ... and learned hard lesson... lost my starting RB/KR to 10 week injury ......
Guess what that was last time you saw my starters on the field in week 16....

I did a major overhaul to the gameplan before our game. I'm glad to see we can be competitive vs. a good team.

Yes it shows that we have holes and now we have lost our starting RB for 10 weeks
