Here's an example. For my WRs, I want SP to be 4 times more important than all secondary attributes, but I want all secondary attributes to be weighted the same. The attributes I consider secondary are Courage, Route, B&R Avoid, and Catch.
So my factor is 4. And every secondary attribute is found at Secondary 4, which is 22. Your weights than look like:
SP - 100
Route - 22
Catch - 22
Courage - 22
B&R Avoid - 22
Now if I want INT as a tertiary attribute, and only it, then I look down to Tertiary - 1 for that value.
Now you have:
SP - 100
Courage - 22
Route - 22
B&R Avoid - 22
Catch - 22
INT - 14
