If the only thing you do is create some custom weights (and avoid the Ai player ratings), you will be MUCH better off.

Relying on the Ai ratings will always put you at a disadvantage, since they are horrible for the most part.

Can we get updated documentation on what attributes do? I'm looking at the recommended weights right now, and while a lot of them I agree with, each position has at least one attribute weighted right now that I don't understand the importance of.

For instance, QBs have Discipline at 75? Why? The game documentation says that discipline is mainly used to evaluate penalties. QBs don't commit many penalties.

CBs, SS, and FS have strength at 50 and 100 respectively. Why again? Strength is described as being able to push and shed blocks. My safeties don't often get blocked one-on-one.

We need clear documentation of all of the different ways that an attribute is used. We don't need the calculations, but if for example strength is used in tackling, we should know that. (I hope it is because that would explain why I have so many broken tackles.) Also, why is strength more important than Speed or Acceleration in the default weights? Especially when SP is the only attribute that matters for RBs.

I agree, but FYI, those aren't the default weights you are viewing.

Those are your coach's recommended weights, which are different for each coach.

We still can't see the default weights yet, just the default overall rating.
