What is more useful? Which is better? Is there a difference?
Any opinions?

I only look at bump and run for DB's but M2M for both. I would think LB aren't usually in position to bump and run against a RB or TE with a running start.

Understood, yet they show both as major attributes for a defensive coach.
Kind'a conflicting.

B&R is essential if you are going to flex your WLB to a WR when you stay in base against the 113 or 203.

MLB needs both z/m2m. OLB need higher br/c, m2m vs zone.
Then again, is one running more m2m (much more viable in 4.5 as zone STILL has issues *hoping 4.6) over zone in the LB D? Right now, MLB needs both in equality (+70) and OLBs need more m2m/br/c.
There are position weights/clues available for 4.5 within the forum search.
